In 2020 Sitrans launched a stop work policy called I raise my hand, which seeks to empower the worker and position him directly in the operational control processes, empowering him to stop a process when there is one or more critical uncontrolled controls, presenting some deviation that puts at risk the life of him or his work team.
Ziel und Zweck
The objective is to be able to disseminate and inform the worker of the above, to project that he/she is supported by the organisation in being able to stop the operation in the event of an important risk and to indicate that it should be resolved. Indicators have deen incorporated that allow us to see the number of these events and to manage them.
