Owner of the video is CNFL (Compañía Nacional de Fuerza y Luz S.A.), with the participation of several teams. Original idea by Johnny Morera Castro from the Occupational Health and Safety department. A short video describing a family sharing their day to day life. One family member has to go to work in a hydroelectric power plant, where electricity from renewable sources is generated. We see the worker leaving the house for work and how he faces great risks and dangers on his way, such as physical, mechanical, electrical and even biological dangers, such as animals, insects and other vectors. To return home to his family is his motivation to protect himself, both physically and mentally.

Ziel und Zweck

Provide tools and strategies to prevent and mitigate psychosocial risk factors in the work and organisational environment. Raise awareness of occupational health and safety issues among the working population through promotional activities, communication and awareness-raising strategies. The identification of risks and the risk evaluation in the workplace helps us to know the risks our employees face and facilitates the prevention management as well as the implementation of controls.In this way, the activity aims to raise awareness of what we must work on in order to minimise, transfer or eliminate risk, such as occupational safety, integral health and psychosocial issues. It is also about the double protective function of work on site and work-life balance: a. Leadership b. Emotional support c. Emotional tools d. Involvement and influence e. Organisational culture f.
