Owner of the video is CNFL (Compañía Nacional de Fuerza y Luz S.A.), with the participation of several teams. Original idea by Jose Pablo Cob Barboza, head of the Sustainability Unit, which is part of the Occupational Health and Safety Department. A vlog explaining the minimum measures to be implemented at CNFL, for the development of work activities in the face of the COVID-19 pandemic, specifically, the Guidelines for the use of face masks and face shields in technical and commercial activities of internal and external customer service, critical for the continuity of the electricity service of the National Power and Light Company (Compañía Nacional de Fuerza y Luz).

Ziel und Zweck

To learn about the minimum measures to be implemented at CNFL, for the development of work activities in the face of the COVID-19 pandemic. To inform workers through lectures about the Technical Guide for the prevention and management of COVID-19 at CNFL. To evaluate the personnel of CNFL on the topics covered in the Technical Guide for the prevention and management of COVID-19. The goal of this activity is part of the COVID-19 dissemination and training process. This allows the prevention of exposure to COVID-19 in health services, workplaces. The use of face masks or face shields as personal protection equipment for workers is mandatory, ensuring the continuity of electricity service in the area served by CNFL. Some of the measures covered in this vlog are: The face mask, the face shield, administrative provisions, customer and stakeholder care by technical staff, customer service centres, responsibilty of customers, suppliers and interested parties, workers commuting for public services or service paid by CNFL.
