IOSH is making a long-term commitment to driving social sustainability forward through it's 'CATCH THE WAVE' campaign. The Covid-19 pandemic, emerging chronic crises, and the rise of social justice movements around the world, have led to businesses having to think beyond the here and now. They need to have a much sharper focus on what it means to be a responsible, sustainable and resilient business built on solid financial, environmental, social, and ethical principles. IOSH is encouraging businesses to harness the power of social sustainability and look after their people, so they can look after their businesses.
Ziel und Zweck
The key to the Catch the Wave campaign is for businesses to prioritise looking after their people. By putting people first, they can improve both their social sustainability and secure their long-term prosperity. We’re encouraging businesses to join our global movement to prioritise people, alongside planet and profit!
