Fortunately, the company has become a member of BPJS Ketenagakerjaan as the manpower social security of Indonesia. Thus, Joni had been obtained a full medical recovery, prothese, normal wage during recovery, mental support and training session through the program of “return to work”. As he finished all the treatment, the company moved him into different job position. He still get the job, even better. He went back with all his new bionic body and new inspiring life story.
