Aims and objectives
ISS rolled out the ISS Safety Rules in September 2010 as the first step in aligning behaviours when ISS employees carry out daily tasks. The understanding of the ISS Safety Rules is a mandatory part of induction training for new employees. To help spread this understanding, ISS and the visual communication company, Citizen Dane, developed a set of animation videos called ‘Living the ISS Safety Rules’. The videos are without voices to overcome the challenge of the many languages ISS employees speak across the world.
Our goal with the video is to ensure that all our fellow employees understand the ISS Safety Rules and more importantly understand that these are the behaviours we expect at our work places. The videos are without voices to overcome the challenge of the many languages ISS employees speak across the world.
