Product description

We have created a new website, http://cherchezlerreur.ca/, where you can find more than 25 scenes depicting hazardous situations at work. An interactive game invites us to find the good practice among a range of possible responses. The workplaces and the topics discussed vary, in order to cover the largest possible number of issues - including the following examples: • the displacement of beneficiaries, • inflating of tires, • chipping in the mines, • garbage collection, • butchery, • the installation of a steel deck, • storage of dangerous substances, • milking of cows, • masonry and scaffolding • the forklift, • pruning and pallet racking, etc.

Aims and objectives

The key message of the website, http://cherchezlerreur.ca/, is to show safe work practices in different situations. Its objective is first to offer an educational tool. Indeed, it can be used both as a source of information and training, to which reference can be made because it was validated by experts. With its fun and interactive form, it is the ideal tool for disseminating information on occupational safety and health - based on practical cases. It also helps to make laws and regulations regarding safety and health at work known.

The choice was made for a multimedia product, because this allows us to offer a product that meets the latest standards of web ergonomics, and because of the ability to change the medium according to the needs and standards, both on a communicative and technical level. This multimedia product also offers the possibility to reach a wider and trans-generational audience. It can easily be shared on social media or via e-mail. The product is available online or can be downloaded, it can be used anywhere, with or without an internet connection.
