Santa does his work as he has been for centuries and distributes gifts in the world. However, for some time now he isn´t happy with his work. In an interview he expresses his dissatisfaction and wants some variety. And just imagine, even Santa Claus receives a gift.

Monotonous work and lack of variety is mental strain. For anyone.

Mental strain in the workplace has increased in recent years across all industries. More and more workers fall ill , some of them are so severely ill that they have to take early retirement. The reasons for the increase of mental strain are due to increasing demands related to the quantity and quality of work. The most common consequences of negative psychological strain are stress or monotony, psychological exhaustion, dissatisfaction, sleep disorders, high rates of sick leave or burnout. With this film, the German Social Accident Insurance ( DGUV) will take up in a humorous way the topic of mental strain at work and point out to the prevalence of mental strain. The film does not focus on a certain industry but shows that mental strain does not only occur in traditionally male occupations such as managers. Each professional group , even those who do not come immediately into focus, may be affected.
