1) Introduction - Introducing the title and characters (Safety Queen, Mr. Lee, Mr. Kim, and Crash) 2) Occupational accident takes place - While Mr. Lee and Mr. Kim are transporting hydrogen fluoride from a tank container to dilution equipment, Mr. Lee’s foot slips over the valve handle, causing a serious gas leak. - Safety Queen comes to their rescue at once, identifying the causes and suggesting preventive measures. 3) Causes of the accident and preventive measures - (Causes) Non-compliance to safe operating procedures * Failed to wear personal protective equipment * Failed to take preventive measures to minimize damage from chemical leaks - (Preventive measures) Compliance to safe operating procedures * Wear personal protective equipment. * Educate and train workers about measures to minimize damage from chemical leaks.

Objectif et finalité

- Follow safe operating procedures when transporting hydrogen fluoride from a tank container to dilution equipment. - Use personal protective equipment suited for dealing with chemicals. - Educate and train workers about measures to minimize damage from chemical leaks.

We chose to produce animated films on occupational accident prevention for different industries since an effective content aimed at preventing occupational accidents should vividly depict the circumstances leading up to an accident, the causes, and preventive measures.
