Objectif et finalité

Bullying and harassment, it's not part of the job.

After researching what the needs, perceptions and pain points are around bullying and harassment in the workplace from a worker and employer perspective, WorkSafeBC produced this video as part of a series for workers. It includes testimonials from people with varying positions to share their experiences of bullying at work and to encourage a change in culture that eliminates bullying and harassment.
