This film/DVD-program ( 9`05``) shows how to guide and inform new workers who are coming first time to the construction site. Film is following one worker when he is getting general information over this building site and it´s safety instructions , The worker is also making "safety walk" with supervisor and safety manager of this building site. Key elements during this safety walk are safety rules and practices.

Ziel und Zweck

Safety is today an essential part of everyone`s daily work in construction sites. The goal must be: zero accident and zero occupational disease. All subcontractors and workers should be well instructed on safety and on good ergonomic working practices. Supervisors and all the workers must be able to recognise risks and always know how to do their daily jobs safely specially in new working places.

Good guidance and clear instructions can enhance workers’ safety and well-being, while also making the whole job quicker and easier. "Safety walk" is essential part of good guidance, that is given to every new subcontractors and new workers in building sites. Risks can be reduced by working after guidance correctly and carefully. No one should take risks, and there must be no compromising on safe working procedures.
