One of the most important thing to improve and maintain a healthy condition is physical activity. Studies have shown that exercise provides many health benefits. Regular physical activity improves mental health and mood, strengthens muscles and bones, prevents overweight, obesity and reduces risk of some cancers and chronic diseases such as diabetes and cardiovascular diseases. The main purpose of the film is to present simple, easy and little time consuming exercise for all, regardless of age. Most of the examples shown are uncomplicated exercises that can be taken in the workplace. It can be done using chairs, desks, water bottles, etc. The presented exercises have been developed depending on the type of work and part of body. In the first part of film we presented exercises for employees who work in a seated position, standing up and doing physical work dynamic. In the rest of the film we presented exercises recommended as prevention of musculoskeletal disorders, especially neck pain, back pain, shoulder pain, hand and feet pain.
