It is a tutorial that shows a program to reduce sedentary lifestyle in work spaces using smart watches


A large part of cardiovascular problems are due to a bad eating habits  and also due to sedentary lifestyle.
From our organizations we can fight against sedentary lifestyle using this kind of strategies that are friendly and easy to perform.


Five people will wear smart watches for 2 weeks to count the number of steps taken during their workday, to stay active and healthy. Their meetings will be held while they walk. At the end of these two weeks they will deliver the clocks to new participants
