The film promotes the International Powered Access Federation's (IPAF) training course called MEWPs for Managers (Managers of mobile elevating work platforms). The film uses shots of booms and scissor lifts to demonstrate the complexities of managing MEWPs on a busy construction site. It highlights the importance of knowing about health and safety regulations, choosing the right MEWP, health and safety, accident prevention, correct maintenance, risk mitigation, personal protection equipment and industry best practice.
