Necessarily the training seminars are carried out in gyms or in sports halls so that the APP can be applied practically.

Layout and videos for direct use in sports (lessons). The APP includes all "Safe parkouring" videos the German Social Accident Insurance Institution for the public sector in Hesse has published on its YouTube channel so far. In the APP, the videos are available offline, so that coaches and teachers may use them during their classes. There are also marker cards to illustrate the safe design of a parkour station as augmented reality in a three-dimensional image on the smartphone. On the back of each marker card there are at least three tips for the safe execution of a station or an exercise. The "Safe parkouring" app is complemented by a box that creates an analogue link to reality. The box contains layout cards with at least one course variation.SafetyAccident preventionThe organization of teaching contents and guidelines for parkour is implemented digitally (in sports lessons) and in line with the requirements of the target group.
The "Safe parkouring" project shows the hazards that frequently occur in gymnastics in sports lessons but also when playing and running in school breaks. In gymnastics and in school breaks there are comparable hazardous movements: jumps and climbing activities can lead to accidents with serious consequences. It is characteristic of these accidents that pupils and students are increasingly unable to realistically estimate the risks associated with jumping and climbing. Serious accidents in sports lessons and during school breaks are the result. Pupils are therefore to • develop conditional and coordinative skills • develop individual risk competencies • develop competencies for mutual support and cooperation for activities on sports equipment where mutual assistance is necessary • be provided with the opportunity of organizing sports lessons in an attractive way through the parkour trend sports
