Application of medical surveillance programmes based on risk prevention and control ensure that the established protocols - set up by medical science as part of the measures aimed at maintaining and improving the health status of the workers- are strictly adhered to . Determine the performance requirements of the job/workplace with regard to anatomical, functional and psychological aspects so that the requirements of workplace and worker are consistent and to place workers in the jobs according to their capabilities. The management subsystem health in the workplace (SAST)is based on the application of the essential elements of the best practices of integrated management systems. The elements were commonly developed by human resources, industrial hygiene, occupational medicine, ergonomics and psychology at work and have the objective to protect and promote the health of workers by preventing diseases and remove agents and risk factors that endanger health of workers. The idea is not only to educate but also entertain with topics related to management systems, health at work and environmental protection and PEMEX-SSPA. The film wants to reinforce education and awareness of occupational health and environmaental protection of oil workers. Develop an innovative strategy that helps to reduce occupational accidents, design and carry out internal campaigns by presenting films that are especially produced for PEP using the method known as edutainment (eduction with entertainment).The decision was made to create an innovative, creative and amusing campaign that could really lead to a change in attitude, thought and conscience of the workers of PEMEX EXPLORATION and PRODUCTION.
