To develop an occupational health and safety system focused on agricultural operations and mainly aimed at facilitating the understanding of control measures through infographics and digital tools. The system is composed of 5 operational controls that feed predictive indicator.
Objetivos y metas
Objectives 1. Create occupational health and safety culture for agribusiness. 2. Provide information related to the prevention and vaccination of covid in Mayan languages. 3. To be the first Guatemalan agricultural company to provide the industrial safety system to day laborers. 4. Develop infographics for a better understanding in the application of control measures to prevent occupational risks. 5. Implement business intelligence tool and digital transformation in occupational health and safety for agricultural activities. Our goals are zero incidents. The system is evaluated through a predictive indicator that evaluates the operational controls implemented in the organization. Safety gradient Year 2021: 85% Year 2022: 91.11% Lost time injure (LTI) Year 2022: 1.64 Severity index (Average days of recovery of the injured) Year 2022: 24.65
