The technical progress and the digitalisation of the world of work do not only influence production systems (keyword Industry 4.0) but also the way we learn. While 20 years ago, education and training primarily consisted in reading books or visiting or training events, web-based trainings, learning platforms, wikis and (online)communities of practice are part of today's learning reality. In addition to the training event, modern technologies enable us to put our educational concept of self-directed, social and situation-related learning into practice. In the forum, persons interested in BGM shall be enabled to obtain independent practical and needs-based information on BGM. At the same time, they can enter into an exchange with each other as well as with specialists. In terms of cooperative advice, they can thus seek support for their own BGM. Ultimately, such an online forum also offers the possibility to stay in contact with seminar participants or health managers in BGN enterprises and to present BGN as innovative and customer-oriented partner of the enterprises. (We are offering a possibility to people who are interested in Corporate Health Management to establish a community of practice, ask questions to peers or BGN experts and exchange experiences.
