The different subjects are grouped thematically to make a visit to the website easier. Multiple navigation tools are offered to the net surfer: a website map, a search page, news letters, discussion forum, … The website has recently been restyled graphically and thematically in order to respond better to the needs of the net surfers. At this moment, the website has been visited 4.500.000 times, a number that proves the real interest in the subject. Considering the growing importance of e-communication in companies, this way of communicating the necessary information on prevention should easily be adopted in other companies and institutions.
Objetivos y metas
The website - www.cfwb.be/sippt - has three different objectives : 1. Improve and speed up the information on and the promotion of safety and prevention measurements 2. Giving directions for regulations on safety and hygiene 3. Offering support to the prevention advisors, the hierarchical line and the employees On top of the changes linked to the new regulations, the website is kept up-to-date and completed regularly with information and regular newsletters on prevention, safety and health. The ministry of Federation Wallonie-Bruxelles is active across a multiple local offices, schools, institutions and in cultural organisations on the French speaking region of Belgium. This large diffusion of employees makes it difficult to transmit easily all the necessary information about prevention of accidents to the different actors. The Direction of the SIPPT (internal service for prevention and protection at work) of the Ministry of Federation Wallonie-Bruxelles created a website (intra/internet), in the first place to collect and explain the majority of the safety measurements announced by the Ministry.
