How do we live in the present?
It is a mixture of melancholy and uncertainty for a past that is gone and an uncertain future. Many times we must live the present assuming the consequences of our actions or decisions taken in the past or we live recklessly because we have not yet faced the consequences of our actions. Whichever way we decide to live it, we must remember that every day is a gift, a new opportunity to grow and learn.

Aims and objectives

There is not much to say about the present since being in it one lives in a parallelism between the physical and the spiritual. In my personal opinion it is without a doubt the best thing about living since it is a challenge to the imagination to only dedicate oneself to living today, leaving behind yesterday and the remorse that it can bring, and without expecting anything from tomorrow.
Today is a gift and that is why it is called present.
