Product description

Via motion tracking and by his own movements, the user gears his character Murphy on the screen. The aim of the game is to dodge the falling objects as long as possible and, where possible, to catch bonus objects for a higher number of points. The game is increasingly becoming faster and more difficult. The purpose of this move was to develop an entertaining game for trade fairs and events with a focus on the adventure and the motivation to prove ones skills. Furthermore, it is considered to communicate in a playful manner, how important the issue safety at the workplace is for every single person.

Aims and objectives

Safety matters! - Temporary work. With safety.

About 100,000 accidents at work happen to temporary workers every year. This number needs to be reduced. The prevention campaign "Safety matters!", which was started in March 2016, is considered to help. Since the main focus of accidents is the field of assisting activities, the campaign is addressed to young male temporary workers doing these jobs. There are various reasons for accidents. Without a moralising undertone, the campaign raises awareness of hazards and motivates to observe safe practices. As part of the campaign "Safety counts!", by means of playful approach, the interactive Kinect game "Safe Murphy! - Playground" is supposed to convey on trade fairs and at events, how important the issue safety at work is for each single person.

Target audience

Male temporary workers between 20 and 35, who are allowed to operate as semi-skilled workers. As well as specialists and multipliers at events and trade fairs.
