So it isn’t always easy to know how best to handle the situations that occur. Especially not when it goes as far as threats or violence. The contents of the course are divided into the following sections: Are you prepared? Deals with what you and your co-workers can do to prevent threats and violence in the workplace, and how you can prepare yourself if it should happen to you anyway. The section contains an in-depth segment for you as an employer, manager or safety delegate. When it happens Deals with how you can become better at handling conflicts, so that they do not become worse, as well as how to act if you get into a threatening or violent situation at work. Once it has happened! Deals with what you and your co-workers can do after a threatening or violent situation has occurred at work. Final test There are two final tests – one for employees and one for managers. When youhave taken the final test, you have the opportunity to print a diploma.

A starting point for this multimedia product was to arouse the interest of the target group and increase their knowledge in this very important area.
